    • Conducts quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research towards a better understanding of STEMM mentoring relationships in various contexts
    • Co-manages a team of research data analysts with one of the research scientists in the research laboratory
    • Mentors several undergraduate students in the research laboratory
    • Published and presented a review paper on STEMM mentorship at the ASEE 2024 Conference and Exposition in Portland, Oregon, USA
